Welcome to CSC Junior Crew: A Fun and Recreational Youth Soccer Program in Columbia, IL!
Are you ready to kick-start your child’s soccer journey? Look no further than the CSC Junior Crew, an exciting youth soccer program designed specifically for pre-k through 4th grade children in the Columbia, IL area. Our league focuses on creating a fun and engaging environment where young players can develop their skills, make new friends, and fall in love with the exciting game of soccer!
LEAGUE KICKS OFF:
February 26, 2024 (games begin March 2nd)
COST:
$110 per player (includes your jersey, practices and games)
WHAT YOU’LL GET:
Each player will receive a team jersey and a full season of fun including one weeknight practice per week plus six weekend games throughout the season! Each child should have soccer cleats, shin guards, a soccer ball and water bottle.

We are thrilled to announce the merger of Columbia Soccer Club (CSC) into Crew Soccer, paving the way for an enriching soccer program for the youth in Columbia, IL and surrounding communities. This collaboration brings together the best of both organizations, combining shared expertise, resources, and passion for the sport. With a unified vision and commitment to the development of young athletes, this merger sets the stage for a truly exceptional soccer experience.
Joining forces offers a wide range of benefits to the youth in our community. Players will still get the fun and recreational soccer they have always enjoyed through CSC with some additional benefits and resources for our coaches, parents and players. The combined expertise of Crew Soccer and Columbia Soccer Club will create a comprehensive and well-rounded program that focuses on skill development, teamwork, and character building. Our goal is to foster a love for the game while instilling important values such as sportsmanship, dedication, and perseverance. Through a fun and rewarding soccer experience, we aim to inspire young athletes and help them reach their full potential both on and off the field. Many people are asking: What will change about CSC?
The simple answer is “not much.” The player experience will be the same recreational soccer program with just one practice and one game per week. The logo will change to reflect both programs and our CSC Junior Crew coaches will be provided with training materials to help them prepare for practices and games. That’s about it!
Many people are asking: Does this mean we will have to travel to St. Louis for our games?
No. All games will be played in Columbia at the CSC Junior Crew fields next to Red Roof gas station as you enter into Columbia from Interstate 255.

To make the CSC Junior Crew a success, we are seeking enthusiastic parent volunteers to join us as coaches. No prior coaching experience is necessary, as coaching guides will be provided to each parent coach. It’s a fantastic opportunity to actively engage with your child’s soccer journey while making a positive impact on the entire team. We believe in the power of teamwork, both on and off the field, and we welcome parents to play an active role in fostering a love for soccer within our young athletes.
